A list of the world's 100 most endangered species has been compiled by the International Union for Conservation of Nature (IUCN) and Zoological Society of London. Of the 100 fauna and flora listed, 32 are from Africa (continent and surrounding islands).
Those 32 African species endangered are:

Geometric tortoise (South Africa)
Table mountain ghost frog (South Africa)
Wild yam (South Africa)
Amani flatwing (Tanzania)
Coral tree (Tanzania)
Diospyros katendei (Uganda)
Ficus katendei (Uganda)
Durrell's vontsira (Madagascar)
Forest coconut (Madagascar)
Greater bamboo lemur (Madagascar)
