Lost Mandela Prison Journals Found

Two journals containing the drafts of letters Nelson Mandela wrote while in prison between 1969 and 1971 have been returned to him reports the Sunday Times. Verne Harris of the Nelson Mandela Foundation is quoted as saying “Madiba is a very conscientious record-keeper and he would always draft a letter in the notebook before he finalised it.” A former policeman and censor Donald Camp had apparently hidden the journals for 33 years on top of his wardrobe.
