Rail Tunnel Between Morocco and Spain

Morocco and Spain are to build a tunnel between them underneath the Mediterranean Sea, reports BBC News. The 39-kilometre long rail tunnel will run from Punta Malabata near Tangiers to Punta Palomas, 40 km west of Gibraltar. At this point the Mediterranean Sea is only 300 metres deep. Read report...
