Diamond-Rich Land Returned to Community Removed by Apartheid Government

The community removed from their land in the Richtersveld (an area in the northwest of South Africa, along the Orange River) during the 1920s has had their land and the mineral rights returned to them by the South African Constitutional Court, reports Legal Resources Centre.
