Apartheid lawsuits in New York

According to a report by the Mail and Guardian online the South African Minister of Justice, Penuell Maduna, has responded to recently proposed legal motions against the South African government made by lawyers in the US (for the New York South African Apartheid Litigation, Khulumani lawsuits) by saying "We recognise everyone has the right to approach the courts and have matters settled ... We are not taking away this right, but spelling out our own position."
